webhooks in Ultimate?

do we have webhooks in yuuvis Ultimate? - I need to be notified in these 3 situations:

- metadata update

- new document in folder

- new version of document file (= edit)

No, there are currently no webhooks in Ultimate. Webhooks are only available in yuuvis Momentum, please see: https://bit.ly/2M9cl71
