When configuring a new system hook such as AMQP a predicate needs to be defined. It is kind of laborious to test an expression by updating the configuration, restarting the API pod, triggering the system hook and then checking if the action was applied. It would be really nice if there was an easier way to test a predicate without having to actually "deploy" it.
