Dear Mathias,

it is possible to reference one or multiple table columns between the 'SELECT' and 'FROM' keywords. If you consider an example table property 'pricelist' with the two columns 'item' and 'price', you could start your query statement with 'SELECT pricelist.item FROM ...'. The query will then return only the selected columns, in the example only the 'item' column.

Just to let others know as well a short notice here:

We found a way to handle this.

We had to add this sub-culture language with iso code de-CH into the code.
1. Because we needed only a few lines of code we decided to deliver this feature with the next hotfix for 2021 Winter LTS as well as for 2022 Spring. So you need to update the client or rebuild your custom client with the hotfixed client libraries.
You have to add this language in the main.json as documented on the help page.
A user has to push the button as configured for this language.
1. You can add an additional de-CH.json language file for the client labels but must not. If not given, the de.json will be used.
2. It is not possible to configure the custom localization for de-CH but that that for de is used as well.

The localization of control elements is managed via configuration files stored within your client resources (default directory: 'assets/default/i18n'). The localized terms specified in those files can be customized according to your needs.

A plug-in configuration contains only localization for terms that are introduced by the plug-ins themselves.

These features were temporarily put into the client but should be offered within the architect. So we hid the buttons now but we weren't able to bring the feature into the architect yet.

Administrators can upload the files using Web-API Gateway APIs, or will get the hint for using "?config=true" as you mentioned in your question after asking us.

It is not possible to configure different default repositories for individual tenants. However, the default repository is used only if no 'repositoryId' is specified in the 'contentSteams' properties section of the import JSON.

As you already mentioned, you can add or modify the 'repositoryId' during the import process via a 'dms.request.objects.upsert.storage-before' webhook.

It is not possible to access a binary content file before the completion of the import process. Moreover, the binary content files are not passed to any of our webhooks. We also do not plan to introduce a possibility to access binary content files via webhooks in future.
However, if you want to refer to properties like 'mimeType' within a webhook, you can use dms.request.objects.upsert.database-before. This webhook receives the completed objects including the section 'renditions' if available.

This only seems to be an issue with Winter 2020. As of Summer 2021 actions can easily be removed via the PlugIns.

For Winter 2020 the isExecutable of the Actions must be manipulated in the Core/Framework source or via Javascript Prototype.

unfortunately it's not (yet) possible to sort results by it's score without returning the column
without using 'ORDER BY ...' there is no explicit sorting in default. for that reason ES uses it's '_score' sorting which is some kind of 'random', due to the constant_score which is used in filter context requests
this seems like a problem we've to solve, because it should be possible to sort by the _score field. I'll take a deep look into it

Yes there is a possibility to set the default language per tenant. You can do this via client settings, if you do have the role YUUVIS_SYSTEM_INTEGRATOR. export the client settings, configure the JSON file and import this file. Hello Nicole,

Documents are deleted immediately.
Documents that are to be deleted are first marked in elasticsearch so that they can no longer be found. Afterwards the data is removed from the database, the repository and the elasticsearch. Then the call comes back.
About the commander can be checked whether it came here to inconsistencies.

no, in updates you can only replace the whole old table by a whole new table.

And tags are similar. On a normal metadata update you can only replace the whole set of tags by a new set of tags like this:

Here are finally our comments, hopefully answering your questions regarding the mentioned query endpoint for tags:

If no objects could be found matching the defined query statement, the output of the SEARCH service is directly returned. Thus, some information on the search process itself are delivered together with the expected empty objects list. With one of our next releases we will remove those additional properties from the result and return only the expected empty objects list.
If the endpoint returns a non-empty object list, it contains always exactly one object. Only this object was updated.

The value for the property attribute 'updateability' can not yet be set in property definitions. If you define a property in your schema, 'updateability' is always automatically set to 'readwrite'. Other values can occur only in system properties that are set by the system and can not be modified by users.

The forms for app-schema object types are stored globally so that each user will get them as well. The same for the translations.

Context folders - query and insert with children

I am a bit confused about how to use the context folders.

1. In the Release notes I can find the following sentences:

Folder and parent Id are available within search queries
metadata of a folder will not be transferred to child objects, therefore these metadata are not queriable

2. Is it possible to upload a context folder and it's items in the same request? Or does the folder always need to be created first so the ObjectId is generated?

Upload multiple files for one document/object

I would like to upload multiple files to one document. The contentStreams property is an array of objects, so I thought this would be possible.

Weird prefix to AMQP Message when listening with RabbitListener

In my Microservice I am listening to a new AMQP Queue to process new documents. This basically works great, but when I look at the body of the message the Microservice receives, there are some weird characters before the JSON body starts. Do you know why I have this weird prefix? Do you suggest using something different from RabbitListener to listen to the Queue?
